2012 USBC Convention
activities
The 2012 USBC Convention will be held at the Sheraton of Arlington, TX, April 24-April 28. Popular events taking place that week include the USBC Queens TV Show and a bus trip to Fort Worth. This is the last week for delegates to purchase a Queens TV show ticket and VIP reception before they go on sale to the public. There is a limited quantity available so delegates should purchase now to be assured of a ticket. Those not wanting to purchase a ticket but still wishing to view the finals on TV can attend the Welcome Reception and Queens Party.

buses transporting delegates
between Arlington and Fort
Worth as well as between
locations within Fort Worth.

Breast Cancer Survivor
Meeting at the USBC Convention
Customary with USBC Convention, we will again have a Breast Cancer Survivor Meeting. If you are a breast cancer survivor and would like to attend the Survivor Meeting and be a part of Meet for the Cure at the USBC Convention, please contact Dania Lee at bftc@bowl.com. Two more Legislative Update webinars next week For those members and volunteers that were unable to attend one of the Legislative Update meetings conducted across the country, the USBC Board of Directors will be hosting two webinars next week. The webinars are scheduled for Tuesday, March 27 at 8 p.m. and Wednesday, March 28 at 3 p.m., both times Eastern. Please remember that these are limited to the first 25 people that sign up. Update to rings being
shipped incorrectly to bowlers
All issues regarding honor scores rings being shipped to the incorrect address have been resolved. Normal processing with our vendor resumed on Friday, March 16, 2012. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Roll ‘N Grow jersey offer
All youth associations should have received a postcard recently explaining the youth jersey offer available to new Roll ‘N Grow members. New USBC Roll 'N Grow members in Roll 'N Grow leagues that start March 15 or later will have the opportunity to purchase the 2011-12 USBC Youth jersey for just $5.

is a limited-time offer that
ends July 31, 2012. League
coordinators will receive a
form to order the jerseys or
they will be able to go online
to access the form to order
jerseys for those members who
want to purchase one.
The Roll 'N Grow membership is
a relatively new membership
that was created by the
International Bowling Campus
Youth Development Team
specifically for children age
7 and under. Many children
associate bowling with
birthday parties, and Roll 'N
Grow leagues were designed to
continue the fun experience
while also teaching them about
the sport.
